Hello Friends
Happy Summer! Welcome to the debut of our newsletter. We are delighted to give you an update on happenings at our Austin and Los Angeles offices.
The Austin team is busy finishing up some beautiful new construction homes and working on several lovely remodels that we can’t wait to share with you!
In Los Angeles we are slowly easing into summer, and it feels like its almost over! We are wrapping up a few large projects and starting some really great ones all over the City.
This year we’ve grown as a company, and taken on some new projects that challenge us creatively and bring us together as a firm. During the past few months, we have been humbled to have our work featured in some beautiful design and architecture publications.
We are all hoping to find some time this summer to get out and change up the routine, explore new places, and spend time with friends and family.

Nina Falgout Sterrett, in our Austin office, has been with us since 2016. Throughout her time at Arterberry Cooke, Nina has demonstrated an impressive ability to seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality, and help bring our client’s visions to life.
Luis Garcia
From our Los Angeles team, Luis Garcia brings invaluable knowledge in both commercial and residential architecture. With his keen eye for detail, dedication, and a passion for transforming spaces, Luis has become an integral leader on our team. He also has the best mustache in all of LA!
