BARTON POINT
Prior to Arterberry Cooke and Captex Construction’s renovations, this Southwest Austin home was a colonial-style red brick home in major need of an upgrade. The home was brought to life with an extensive exterior remodel, which honored the home’s original design in a contemporary way. The design team transformed the exterior of the home by adding a pool, spa, putting green, outdoor grilling station, and an impressive wood-cladded roof ceiling, which provides shade to the outdoor entertaining spaces. The home now features a white painted brick exterior with a contrasting black standing seam roof, oversized windows, and updated landscaping.
