VALLEY VILLAGE HOUSE AND ADU
Located in the eclectic Valley Village neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley, this project consisted of a newly constructed ADU nestled under a 100 year-old redwood tree along with a second story addition of a single story home. The goal of the renovation was to create a functional and sophisticated home that would work for the clients as they age in place. Arterberry Cooke masterfully designed a space for their clients to host large family gatherings, while also feeling cozy and comfortable for the homeowners.
